The UCLA Real Estate Lease Administrator provides the administrative support needed to maintain UCLA's commercial lease accounts in good standing. Provides customer service, interacting with internal campus contacts and external lease representatives with professional communication on matters related to account and lease administration with minimal supervision. Major duties include receiving lease invoices, verifying charges as appropriate within the terms of the lease, and processing invoices for timely payments. Office administrative duties are also performed on a regular basis.
